The weight training class is for you if you want to:

  • Weight train with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and cable machines

  • Build strength and muscle

  • Get a full body workout 

  • Train in a quiet private gym with a group supportive group of people 

  • Build confidence and feel better in yourself

  • Improve your health

 
 

The functional/conditioning class is for you if you want to:

  • Use functional equipment such as: Battle ropes, Slam Balls, Sleds, Kettlebells, Ski-Ergs and Rowing machines etc

  • Build muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness

  • Get a full body workout 

  • Train in a quiet private gym with a group supportive group of people 

  • Get fitter, healthier and get a good sweat on.

  • Improve your longevity.
