The weight training class is for you if you want to:
Weight train with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and cable machines

The functional/conditioning class is for you if you want to:
Use functional equipment such as: Battle ropes, Slam Balls, Sleds, Kettlebells, Ski-Ergs and Rowing machines etc
Build muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness
Get a full body workout
Train in a quiet private gym with a group supportive group of people
Get fitter, healthier and get a good sweat on.
