Yoghurt
A yoghurt has been a staple amongst healthy eating for years.
I remember when I’d open my lunch box as a kid and hope to see crisps and a bar of chocolate, only to be surprised with a yoghurt
Damn you mum for the healthy swap.
BUT that surprise was worth every bit if it was a muller crunch corner
But what did I know about nutrition as a kid?
NOTHING
So I’m here to offer you an alternative suggestion for your yoghurts.
The goal here is choosing something with a higher protein content and lower carbohydrates.
