Did you know…
A woman may start experiencing menopausal symptoms 8-10 years before they reach menopause (known as peri menopause). A woman's body changes massively during this time, and teasing out which changes are caused by menopause, which are caused by ageing, and which are caused (or influenced) by lifestyle factors isn’t easy (most likely it’s a combination of all 3).

Meet your coach… Hi I’m Fiona
A women’s fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coach based in Northwich helping women aged 40+ navigate perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.
I’m 39 years old, love resistance training and hiking in the mountains and have fallen in love with coaching women.
I help women who have never lifted weights, who struggle to know what to do in the gym (or at home), are lost when it comes to food and are navigating the many bodily changes that start during midlife.
With all of the conflicting advice out there, a lot of BS ‘Menopause’ supplements or exercise plans targeting women who may be struggling with their changing body, the multiple symptoms that women can experience during this stage of life, who are desperate to feel better, it’s no wonder most women are confused and frustrated!
Thats why I’ve created my simple to follow plan that fits into your life, no matter how busy you are!
