  • What’s included:

    Training plan accessed via the Truecoach app (for home or gym workouts)and a place to store your progress pictures and weigh-ins

    Weekly check in (to keep you accountable and on track)

    Cost: £120 p/m (4 weeks

  • What’s included:

    1 PT session (1 hr) at the same day and time

    Cost: £210 p/m (4 weeks)

  • What’s included:

    2 PT sessions (1 hr) at the same day and time

    Optional Training plan to complete more session on your own. Accessed via the Truecoach app (for home or gym workouts)and a place to store your progress pictures and weigh-ins

    Nutrition Support (Food grid for carbs/fats/protein, calorie and macro target)

    Habit tracking (daily targets to help you reach your goal)

    Weekly check in (to keep you accountable and on track)

    Access to me via Whatsapp (when you have any questions)

    Invite to join my community social events such as hiking days out

    Cost: £340 p/m (4 weeks)

  • What’s included:

    A training plan for gym or home accessed via the Truecoach app with video demo and written instructions for each exercise (2-4 training sessions per week)

    A place to store your progress pics and weigh ins

    A suggested calorie and macro target (protein/fat/carbs) based on your goal (fat loss/maintenance/muscle gain/health)

    Option to connect your wearables to share your health data e.g. daily step count

    A pdf on ‘women and protein’ and ‘healthy eating cheat sheet’

    An option to ask questions in the app if you have trouble completing any of the exercises / and option to record yourself doing an exercise for technique feedback

    Cost: £150

    * Please be aware that there are no weekly check-ins with this option (which reflects the price) so you will need to keep yourself on track! I will however be looking at your completed workouts and offering advice when to increase weights, or offer regressions/progressions if you feel it’s needed.

  • What’s Included:

    1-2-1 Technical sessions

    A 1 hour session to go over the exercises in your training plan and perfect your technique

    Daves Gym Northwich (a £7 day pass is needed if you’re not a current member there)

    Lean4Life Gym Winnington (private gym) no additional cost

    Cost: £37.50

    *Only available to clients that have online-coaching or a 12 week training plan with me

 
 
 

Availability:

Monday to Friday evenings and Saturdays (I coach around my full-time NHS job)

Choice of 2 gyms:

Daves Gym Northwich- Membership required £19.99-£24.99 p/m or a £7 day pass

Lean4Life Gym Winnington- This is a private gym and no additional membership is needed.
